Agent Terms & Conditions

These Agent Terms govern your use of Triply as a travel agent or agency. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Role of Triply

Triply is a software platform that helps travel agents manage quotes, itineraries, bookings, payments, and documents.

Triply:

  • Does not act as a travel agency
  • Does not sell travel services
  • Does not guarantee bookings, payments, or visa approvals
  • Does not represent you to your clients

You are the sole provider of all travel services offered to your clients.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You confirm that:

  • You are legally allowed to operate as a travel agent or agency
  • All information you provide is accurate and truthful

You are responsible for:

  • All actions taken under your account
  • Your staff or sub-agents' usage
  • Securing your login credentials

3. Quotes, Bookings & Client Communication

  • Quotes generated in Triply are non-binding until accepted by the client
  • Client acceptance records a timestamp only
  • Pricing, availability, and fulfillment remain your responsibility
  • Any changes after acceptance must be handled by you directly

Triply is not responsible for disputes, misunderstandings, or misrepresentations between you and your clients.

4. Payments & Payment Links

Triply may generate payment links through third-party payment providers.

You acknowledge that:

  • Payments are processed by third-party providers
  • Transaction fees are set by those providers
  • Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes are your responsibility
  • Offline payments are logged at your discretion and risk

Triply does not store client card or e-wallet credentials.

5. Client Data & Documents

You retain ownership of all client and traveler data you upload.

You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining consent from your clients
  • Accuracy and legality of uploaded documents
  • Proper handling of personal and sensitive data

Triply processes data solely to provide the service.

6. Verification & Trust Features

Verification badges indicate that documents were submitted and reviewed, not that an agent is endorsed or guaranteed.

Triply may:

  • Approve, reject, or revoke verification at any time
  • Suspend accounts for false or misleading information

7. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use Triply for fraud, scams, or illegal activity
  • Misrepresent prices, inclusions, or guarantees
  • Upload false, harmful, or infringing content
  • Abuse payment links or client data

8. Suspension & Termination

Triply may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to applicable billing rules.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Triply is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Sales performance
  • Payment collection
  • Client behavior
  • Visa or travel outcomes

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • Triply is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Total liability is limited to the amount you paid Triply in the last billing period

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Triply harmless from claims arising from:

  • Your travel services
  • Client disputes
  • Regulatory or legal violations

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
