Client Viewer Terms

These Terms apply to clients who view itineraries, quotes, payment links, or upload documents via Triply.
1. Platform Notice
Triply provides the technology platform only.
All travel services are offered, priced, and fulfilled by the travel agent, not by Triply.
2. No Travel Services by Triply
Triply does not:
- Sell travel packages
- Issue tickets
- Process visas
- Collect payments on behalf of agents (unless explicitly stated)
Any agreement you enter into is solely between you and the agent.
3. Quotes & Acceptance
- Quotes are informational until accepted
- Acceptance confirms intent, not travel fulfillment
- Final terms are determined by your agent
4. Payments
Payments made through Triply payment links are processed by third-party payment providers.
Triply is not responsible for:
- Refund decisions
- Chargebacks
- Agent pricing or policies
5. Uploaded Documents
Documents you upload are:
- Shared with your agent
- Stored securely
- Used only for booking or visa processing
You confirm that all submitted documents are accurate and lawful.
6. Limitation of Liability
Triply is not liable for:
- Travel disruptions
- Service failures by agents or suppliers
- Visa approvals or denials
- Financial losses related to travel arrangements
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Triply provides the platform. All travel services are provided by the agent.
